Sean Thompson, Quantum Sky’s Chief Growth Officer, brings more than 25 years of executive experience spanning operations and sales, with a proven record of building high-performing teams and positioning organizations for sustained growth and strategic success.

At Quantum Sky, Sean leads the company’s enterprise growth strategy, turning Quantum Sky’s technology investments into revenue and long-term value.

Prior to Quantum Sky, Sean served as Chief Growth Officer at CBRE Government & Defense Services, where he led enterprise growth strategy, business development, and client engagement across global defense, federal civilian, and high-trust commercial markets.

Before CBRE, Sean served as Chief Growth Officer at IDEMIA North America and Head of Federal Sales for Unisys Corporation. Under his leadership, both companies set all time sales and growth records.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Virginia.
